The structure of the factory is a single span bent from the north to the south , of which the span is 30 meters, the column distance is 2 x 6 + 10 x 9 meters, the total length is 102 meters, and there is a 30/15t A5 level crane in the plant. The load on the yard ground is 100 KPa. The structural design is the most important part of the design. The general situation of the whole project, the construction plans, the production conditions, the environment conditions and the geological exploration report are the basis of the design. According to the production requirements and the structural economy of the project, I choose the bent frame structure as the mine structure: plant column adopts precast concrete column, roof beam adopts variable cross-section H type steel beam, roof and metope adopt cold-formed steel, supporting system adopts steel, independent foundation adopts the pile foundation bearing caps, floor adopts the stratification of the grading macadam compaction, and no other reinforcement measures. The mainly complete contents of the design include: crane beam design, the overall calculation of the bent frame structure, wind column design, node design, including beam-beam joints design and the beam-column joints design, retaining structure design, including roof purline design and wall beam design, foundation design. The whole calculation of the bent frame structure is hand work content, which has no obvious difference compared with the results of computer, the other parts are calculated by civil engineering related software. The main results are structure calculation and construction drawings.
