Dear Kevin,I know that you always feel tired these days, and you cant prepare for the exam of next month.Here are some of my suggestions for you. First, go bed early and get up early. In the morning, youd better do some exercise. Second, you should have some fruit about half an hour before lunch. For every meal, you should have less meat and more vegetables.
