广东白云学院 毕业设计(论文)题 目:钢筋混凝土多层框架设计雅景小区2号楼 学生姓名: 学 号: 0906140110 班 级: B09土木工程(房屋建筑工程)1班 专 业: 土木工程(房屋建筑工程) 系 别: 艺术与建筑学院 指导教师: 2013年05月多层砼框架结构设计井冈山雅景小区2号楼摘要本课题是井冈山雅景小区一五层住宅楼,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。该住宅坐落在井冈山市域中部区位条件十分优越因海拔高度和四面环山的地形影响,具有冬长、夏短、秋早、春来晚的特点。而该建筑充分利用风景区优越的自然环境,尽量配置阳台和露台,布置大量绿化带,务求与环境和谐融洽。本建筑设计为五层三单元一梯两户住宅,层高设置为3米,总高度连屋顶构筑物一共高18.5米,户型采用两房一厅南北对流实用布置功能区,最大程度满足住户舒适方便的需求。而又由于本建筑纵向总长为57.1米,已超过现浇钢筋混凝土不设置温度缝最大长度35米,因此在第二与第三单元之间设置宽度为100的伸缩缝,以满足减少温度应力不利影响的要求。本工程为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构,本建筑的高度和使用范围都符合多层混凝土框架结构的适用范围。而框架结构由于是柱作为主要承重构件,因此可以灵活布置建筑开间和进深,使得建筑更好的满足用户的使用要求。而又由于该类结构水平截面一般不大,柱子的线刚度较小,因此受横向力不利影响较大,宜尽量“强柱弱梁”布置结构,以满足结构拥有足够刚度和稳定性要求。【关键词】:多层、框架结构、住宅、建筑与自然AbstractThis topic is elegant scene of the jinggang mountains area residential building statute of layer, the reinforced concrete frame structure system. And the building make full use of the scenic spot is superior natural environment, as far as possible configuration balcony and terrace, decorate a lot of green belts to and environmental harmony.The architectural design for five layer three unit a ladder two homes. The height is set to 3 meters, total height even roof structure a total of 18.5 meters tall, family use two rooms one hall north and south convection practical layout area, satisfy the needs of residents comfortable and convenient. And because this building longitudinal whose total length is 57.1 meters, has more than cast-in-place reinforced concrete not setting temperature joint maximum length of 35 m, so in the second and the third unit set up between the width of 100 expansion joint, reduce the temperature stress in order to meet the requirements of the adverse impact.The project for multi-layer reinforced concrete frame structure, the building height and range of application meet multilayer concrete frame structure of the applicable scope. And frame structure is due to the column as the main bearing member, so can easily decorate building and depth, width and the buildings better meet the operating requirements of users.
