国内图书分类号:国际图书分类号:工商管理硕士学位论文J 百货大楼绩效考核方案设计硕士研究生:惠兆阳导师:田也壮教授申 请 学 位:工商管理硕士所 在 单 位:哈尔滨理工大学答 辩 日 期:2007 年 5 月授予学位单位:哈尔滨工业大学A Dissertation for the Degree of MBAA SCHEMATIC DESIGN OFPERFORMANCE EVALUATIONAT J DEPARTMENT STORECandidate:Supervisor:Hui ZhaoyangProfessor Tian YezhuangAcademic Degree Applied for: Master of Public AdministrationAffiliation:Date of Defense:Harbin University of Scienceand TechnologyMay,2007Degree-Offering-Institution: Harbin Institute of Technology哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文摘要随着全球经济一体化和竞争的加剧,企业的竞争归根于人才的竞争,人才是现代企业保持竞争优势的决定性资源。可以说拥有了人才,用好了人才,企业就能够拥有良好的竞争力。企业之间的竞争说到底是人才的竞争,是人力资源综合素质的竞争。绩效考核在人力资源管理的过程中起到承上启下的作用,占有很重要的位置,本文就是以 J 百货大楼为背景专门探讨了员工的绩效考核问题,为 J 百货大楼设计了一套绩效考核方案。本文主要包括五个部分:第一部分介绍选题背景和意义;第二部分是对J 百货大楼绩效考核体系的现状、问题及问题存在的主要原因进行了分析;第三部分是本文的一个重点部分,针对企业绩效考核存在的问题和企业员工绩效考核的特点,结合绩效考核的相关理论,依据绩效考核方案的设计的目的和原则,为 J 百货大楼设计了一套绩效考核方案,包括绩效考核指标设计、考核指标权重的划分,最重要的就是考核要素和要素标志的选择,并对考核反馈与结果应用进行了探讨;第四部分是对考核方案的推进;第五部分是根据以上的分析和设计得出几点结论。出于本文的研究目的和研究主题,本文主要采取定性分析、定量分析和实证的研究方法,利用各种实用的经典理论具体设计 J 百货大楼绩效考核方案,希望通过本方案为公司的战略发展做出贡献。关键词人力资源;绩效考核;方案设计- I -哈尔滨工业大学工商管理硕士学位论文AbstractAlong with the intensification and economic integration of the wholeworld, competition among companies is becoming that among talent people. Asthe core concept of human resource management, performance managementplays a leading role in every aspect. The performance appraisal in theperformance management processes to the function that links the preceding withthe following. The performance has an important significance in establishing thescientific and effective performance management system, studying how toeffectively bring its function into play, to carry on the effective performancemanagement, then establishing strategy human resources management andguaranteeing the enterprises competitive power.The present thesis mainly elaborates authors viewpoint through five parts:First part is an introduction of the background and significance of selected topic;the second part is an introduction of the performance situation and analyzes itsproblems and their causes; the third part is key part of the whole thesis, in whichthe performance evaluation scheme is design and the scheme including thedesigning of performance appraisal indicators, the distributing of the indicatorrates, and the most important is to choose evaluation content and the sign of thecontent, and also discuses the performance feedback and the using of results ofthe appraisal; the fourth part elaborates some things that should be concerned inthe implementation of the scheme and how to carry forward the performanceappraisal scheme. The fifth part is the conclusion of the whole thesis.Stemming from the research goal and the subject of the thesis, the thesismainly adopts the qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and the realisticdiagnosis research technique, and uses each kind of practical classical theorymodel to design J Department Store staffs performance appraisal scheme.
