Leadership Foundations is the first tier of Wal-Mart Leadership and Skill Building. Management Associates that supervise others are strongly urged to attend this training. Perpetual Inventory (P.I.) is a system that lets us know how much of each item we have in our store. It does this by keeping track of the merchandise that comes in and goes out of the store. Customers Expect to find the items they want.
