第 4 页摘要近年来,在房地产建设和轨道交通的建设中,电梯以便捷、快速、安全的特性被人们越来越接受,从而得到了快速发展。中国是全球最大的电梯制造国和在用电梯数量最多的国家,电梯产量以每年近20%的速度快速增长。随着电梯行业的发展,我国电梯行业充满着新的机遇和挑战,面临着发展战略和战略实施方法的选择问题。作为行业从业人员,就必须站在战略高度思考分析我国电梯行业的现状和未来,明确我国电梯行业的战略发展方向和正确的战略实施方法,为行业的进一步发展进行研究。本文的主要研究结合国内外相关研究专家和学者的研究,综合运用分析、统计、比较等研究方法和技术,挖掘电梯行业所存在的困境和问题,发现行业发展的未来趋势和走向,深入研究K公司现阶段发展面临的内外部发展环境,结合调研显示的数据进行分析,运用SWOT分析法建立公司需要的战略模型,提出适合K公司今后发展的战略定位和战略设计,并结合实际情况提出K公司的发展战略实施策略:以产业的战略整合为中心,实施专业化发展的品牌建设战略,实施以人为本的人才战略,以提高各项能力为战略着力点。通过本文的研究,我们发现K公司发展战略的思考和研究对于企业的发展有着至关重要的意义,未来企业的竞争,不仅仅是产品的竞争,维护保养的竞争,更重要的是企业对产品创新管理和掌控能力的竞争,其实质就是对企业资源管理能力的提升和变革,本文的研究或许会对K公司未来的发展提供良好的借鉴。关键词 电梯行业;发展战略;SWOT分析;实施策略ABSTRACTIn recent years, the strong drive in the real estate construction and rail transit construction, the rapid development of Chinaselevator industry, as an important part of Chinasequipment manufacturing industry, our country in the elevator, the elevator production quantity, the growth rate are the first in the world.
