2023年车间专员岗位职责 书目 第1篇车间专员岗位职责 车间专员岗位职责 senior manufacturing and shop floor specialist 高级车间制造系统专员(天津) 博格华纳(中国)投资有限公司 borgwarner (china) investment company(分支机构) 博格华纳(中国)投资有限公司 borgwarner (china) investment company(分支机构) 工作职责: the manufacturing and shop floor specialist will be the key support for the region of employment to support the strategy, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing and shop floor systems such as, but not limited to data acquisition, mes and spc solutions. the position will be part of a global team tasked to roll out standards in shop floor systems in locations within the borgwarner drivetrain group. the position will provide hands-on support for all systems on the shop floor working directly with it, engineering and operations. the position will work to implementupgrade these systems into new and current manufacturing equipment as well as work to integrate with other systems like sap erp. the position will be responsible to ensure that all devices on the shop floor, whether pc, tablet, rf gun, etc are secure, patched and protected. the position will also require understanding of networking concepts to help support managed switches used on the shop floor. the manufacturing and shop floor specialist must be able to work well with the business end users, sap functional leads, manufacturing and controls engineers, and operations personnel to be effective. this person needs to have the ability to gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications for use in designing an overall solution. the successful candidate needs to be able to work independently, able to communicate business requirements clearly to the configuration team, perform functional testing within the quality system to confirm functionality and work with key users to gain approval for all changes before moving changes to the production environment. the person in this role will work towards continuous improvement in processes and end-user skill levels, diligently pursue enhancements to ensure the systems are being used properly and fully to meet the business needs. this person must monitor these solutions for issues/errors and assist in the notification and resolution of the issues. the manufacturing and shop floor specialist will work with both internal and external design/implementation teams and work cross-functionally between the business and it to bridge the gaps between design, content and technology. they will also work with a distributed team to provide this support globally. travel may be required up to 25% of their time or more during implementation projects. 任职要求: must have experience with and understand standard business processes and manufacturing related systems functionality. must have erp production planningmanufacturing experience to assist and help solve integration issues that may arise in normal operation between shop floor systems and sap erp. must have experience working with plc programming ladder logic for different controllers like rockwell and siemens. provide day to day support for manufacturing operations and shop floor activities. responsible for gathering requirements and objectives of projects and ensuring communication of project goals and business direction to functional management. support the design and development process for new and existing shop floor systems needed to support critical business strategies work closely with internal resources from it, engineering, and operations on designing, implementing, and maintaining effective system support for efficient and effective manufacturing execution. ability to interact professionally and build positive business relationships with a diverse group of people and management levels tests, documents, and conducts end user training regarding shop floor system enhancements to ensure the systems are being used properly and that they are meeting business needs responsible for delivering the assigned projects on time, within budget while meeting the strategic business and technical requirements able to manage expectations and communication with business stakeholders ensuring adherence to process standards and reviewing project deliverables responsible for issue resolution or escalation in a timely manner document and maintain processes travel is requested for this position.
