Z公司人员测评体系设计学 院 专 业 年级班别 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 2014年 5月 摘 要三号黑体加粗人员测评的概念包括对人员素质的测量和评定两个方面的含义。所谓人员素质测量,就是运用数学原理对人才素质状态及其功能行为进行定量描述,而人员素质评定则是根据数学描述来确定测量对象的价值判断。测量与评定既有区别又有联系:测量是定量分析哦,评定是定性分析;测量是客观描述,评定是主观判断。但测量和评定对象是同一事物(个体的素质及绩效)的质和量的两个方向。测量是评定基础和前提,评定是测量的归宿和目的。二者构成了有机统一的测评整体,从而对测评对象的认识更为客观、准确。关键词:履历判断,答卷考试,心理测试,面试,情景模拟,评价中心技术AbstractThe concept of personnel assessment including the personnel quality of measurement and evaluation of two aspects of meaning.So-called personnel quality, the measurement is the mathematical principle of talent quality status and functional behavior quantitatively described, and the personnel quality assessment is based on mathematical description to determine the measurement object of value judgment.
