Complete the installation of the equipments and pipeline of generator unit stator cooling water system, including sampling tube, ajutage, blow-off pipe, inspection pipe and I&C test tubes2. 发电机定子冷却水站 2台冷却水泵分部试运完毕；2. Finish the commissioning of two cooling water pumps of generator unit stator cooling water station3. 化学补水管道系统安装完毕，系统冲洗合格；3. Finish the installation of chemical supplemental water pipe system, system rinsing qualified.4. 化学补水系统正常投运，化学补水水质合格；4. Normal commissioning of chemical supplemental water system, the chemical supplemental water quality is qualified.5. 发电机定子冷却水站过滤器滤网已拆除，发电机定子冷却水系统冲洗合格后再进行装 复；5. The res in in the ion excha nger of gen erator unit stator cooli ng water stati on is in stalled accord ing to the manu facture requireme nt, anion resi n and catio n res in is filled as per the proporti on of 2:17. 发电机定子冷却水循环冲洗区域内道路畅通，沟盖板安装结束，照明齐全。7n the rinsing area of generator unit stator cooling water recycling, the road is unblocked, finished the installation of trench cover plate, lighting complete.三、发电机定子冷却水系统循环冲洗步骤三、circulation rinsing steps of generator unit stator cooling water system3.1、 第一阶段：发电机定子冷却水系统为体外循环。(附图一)Stage 1: generator unit stator cooling water system is extracorporeal circulation (attached draw ing 1)3.1.1、发电机定子冷却水循环冲洗流程：Recycli ng rinsing flow of gen erator unit stator cooli ng water3.1.2、具体操作步骤：Specific procedures3.1.2.1、用临时管道短接发电机定子线圈冷却水进、出接口。Connect the in let and outlet in terface of gen erator stator coil with temporary pipeli ne3.1.2.2、关闭整个发电机定子冷却水系统所用阀门。Stop all the valves of gen erator un it stator cooli ng water system3.1.2.3 开启发电机定子冷却水箱补水门(阀门编号 1#、 2#、3#、4#)，向定子冷却水箱 上水至高水位。然后关闭 4#阀门。Open water supply valve of generator unit stator cooling water tank (Valve number No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4), feed water to stator cooling water tank to high water level. Then close valve No.4.3.1.2.3 、开启 A 发电机定子冷却水泵入口门 (阀门编号 5#)，向发电机定子冷却水泵注水。 Open inlet valve of generator unit stator cooling water pump A (Valve number No.5), inject water to generator unit stator cooling water pump3.1.2.4 启动 A 发电机定子冷却水泵，缓慢开启发电机定子冷却水泵出口门(阀门编号 19#)，通过调整该阀门(阀门编号 19#)的开度来整定发电机定子冷却水泵出口冲洗压力 至 0.78MPa。Start generator unit stator cooling water pump A, slowly open outlet valve of generator unit stator cooling water pump(Valve number No.19), through adjusting the opening of this valve(Valve number No.19) to set the outlet rinsing pressure of generator unit stator cooling water pump to 0.78Mpa.3.1.2.5 半开启发电机定子冷却水反冲洗过滤器进、出口门(阀门编号20#、21#), 对发电机定子冷却水系统外部管道进行水循环冲洗。Semi-open the inlet and outlet valve of generator unit stator cooling water back rinsing filter (Valve number No.20, No.21), carry out water circulation rinsing to outer pipeline of generator unit stator cooling water system.31.2.6 全面检查发电机定子冷却水系统，确认管道系统无任何泄漏和阀门开、闭状态正 确。Fully inspect the generator unit stator cooling water system, confirm there is no leakage in this pipe system, the open and close status of valve is correct.3.1.2.7 发电机定子冷却水管道系统每冲洗 24 小时后停运定子冷却水泵， 更换定子冷却水 箱内冲洗水和清洗定子冷却水滤网。For generator unit stator cooling water pipeline system, stop the stator to cool down the water pump every 24 hours, change the rinsing water in the stator cooling water tank and clean stator cooling water filter screen3.1.2.8 、冲洗过程中两台冷却水泵交替进行。In th
