便携式RFID控制与显示系统设计摘 要物联网(The Internet of things)是通过射频识别(RFID)、红外感应器、全球定位系统、激光扫描器等信息传感设备,按约定的协议,把任何物品与互联网连接起来,进行信息交换和通讯,以实现智能化识别、定位、跟踪、监控和管理的一种网络,是“物物相连的互联网”。在物联网中,RFID技术是其核心技术,RFID技术扩大和推进着物联网的应用和进步。 RFID是Radio Frequency Identification的缩写,即射频识别。是一种非接触式的自动识别技术,通过射频信号自动识别目标对象并获取相关数据。识别工作无须人工干预,可工作于各种恶劣环境。可同时识别多个标签,操作快捷方便。RFID的基本组成有:标签(tag)、阅读器(reader)、天线(antenna)。RFID技术已广泛应用于诸如工业自动化、商业自动化等众多领域。在这些领域中,主要都是与计算机相连,通过专门的人机交互界面实现RFID的应用。还有实现一些简单的跟踪,比如在食物和药品方面。目前的研究硬件方面主要是标签的缩小,读写器的轻便、易于携带方面。软件主要是代码的修改和开发,基本不涉及摆脱计算机工作这一特点。设计采用凌讯公司生产的M8型号RFID设备,通过串口与单片机联接将标签的号码显示到液晶显示器及LED上,识别工作简单快速高效准确,脱离了计算机工作这一特性,识别数据无须人工干预扩大它的应用领域,可以工作于各种恶劣的环境中,为当今的RFID应用起了很好的启示引导作用。设计了两套显示系统,一种是RFID设备、控制器与LED等组成的系统;一种是RFID设备、控制器与液晶显示器等组成的系统。由于LED与液晶显示器都有便于携带、体积小、成本低、产品易于维护等优点,因此可根据实际应用场合需要,自由选择。对当今RFID系统在小型应用场合提供了借鉴。论文进行RFID数据显示系统研究,针对M8具体的数据协议及操作方法实现了与控制器及外围电路的连接。对M8的特性、数据通信协议、控制器的软硬件设计、外围电路等进行了研究和设计。系统的基本工作流程是:阅读器通过发射天线发送一定频率的射频信号,当射频卡进入发射天线工作区域时产生感应电流,获得能量被激活,将自身编码等信息通过卡内置发送天线发送出去。系统接收天线接收到从射频卡发送来的载波信号,经天线调节器传送到阅读器,阅读器对接收的信号进行解调和解码后送到后台主系统进行相关处理。主系统根据逻辑运算判断该卡的合法性,针对不同的设定做出相应的处理和控制,发出指令信号控制执行机构动作。论文主要是对标签号码的检测、读取显示和写操作。关键词:物联网 RFID M8 控制器Portable RFID controlling and display system design Introduction of the author: Junting Li, female, was born in February, 1985 whose tutor was Professor Chen Jinying. RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identificationmalso radio frequency identification, is a non-contact automatic identification technology,It works by RF signal automatically identifying the target object to obtain relevant data.When it works, it doesnt require manual intervention and can work in a variety of harsh environment.It can identify High-speed moving object and can recognize simultaneously multiple tags, it operates quickly and easily.The basic composition of RFID is tag、reader、antenna.RFID technology has been widely used in areas such as industrial automation, automation and other areas. In these areas, it is mainly connected with the computer, it complete RFID interface applications by special man-machine. And have achieved some simple track, such as food and medicine. The present research is mainly the label on a hardware side, read and write in the light and portable. Software is mainly about the code in fundamental changes and development of computer work to get rid of it.This design uses M8 RFID device that produced by Lingxun Company,it connects with the microcontroller through the serial port line and then display the label number on LCD and LED,it works simplely 、fastly、quickly、efficiently.It can work detach from the computer,the feature of identifying data without human intervention expands its areas of application,it can work in a variety of harsh environments.It supplies very good guiding role of enlightenment for modern RFID application.In this essay,the author designs two systems,ont contains RFID and controller and LED,other contains RFID and controller and LCD.Because LCD and LED are portable and have small volume and low cost and can be easily maintained,so can be choosen according real application,it supplies many experience.This paper carries on researching on RFID data display system, aim at data protocol and operation method of M8 and the connection between controller and accessory circuit. Research and design contain: the characteristics of the external circuit to the M8、data protocol、design of software and hardware of controllor、accessory circuit and so on.The systems basic work flow is: reader send a certain frequency RF sign through the transmitting antenna, when the radio card is inside the transmitting antenna area,it generate current, radio frequency card access to energy and is activated. Radio frequency card send out encode information through built-in transmitting antenna. The system receiving antenna receives a signal that is sent from the RF carrier signal,then sent to the reader through the antenna regulator,the reader demodulate and decode signal and then send it to the back of the main system for correlation processing. The main system determine the legitimacy of the card based on logic operations, make the appropriate management and control for different settings, the executing agency issues a directive signal to control action. This paper is mainly to read the tag number and display and write operations.Key
