Benefits: Party A shall pay Party B an one-time allowance after the on boarding, this allowance covers flight, visa costs, health insurance and immunization, besides this allowance is only paid if the international intern is living and studying outside of China. Party A shall remit all of the salary and allowance to Party Bs Chinese Bank Aount. Party A shall deduct the individual ine tax from Party Bs service pensation depending on the Tax Law of Peoples Republic of China and declare and pay to the Tax Bureau on behalf of Party B. 所有收入甲方将发放至乙方中国账户，并且甲方将根据国家相关税法对乙方收入中应纳税额有代扣代缴义务。 3.5. The base salary will be paid on the last working day of each month. Party B shall provide his own YUAN aount information to HR department at least two (2) days ahead of payment time. 乙方的当月工资将于当月最后工作日进行发放，乙方需至少在发薪日前 2 天将本人中国境内的中国银行人民币帐户信息告知人力资源部。 3.6. Insurance: Party A will not provide Party B any kind of social insurance or mercial insurance. All relevant insurance expenditure should be responsible for Party B. 保险：在实习期间，甲方不为乙方支付任何社会保险或商业保险。乙方自行承担各种保险费用。 3.7. Vacation/ leave: Party B will no be entitled to any paid-leaves during the agreement period. Any Personal Leave or Sick Leave should be approved by the direct supervisor aording to the policies and procedures regulated by Party A. Party B also shall send the approved leave file to HR department instantly. 假期：乙方在实习期间不享有任何带薪假，乙方如要请事假或病假，需根据公司相关规定和政策向主管提交申请，得到批准后应及时告知人力资源部。 Article 4 Labor Protection and Conditions 第四条 劳动保护和劳动条件 4.1. Party B shall plete Party As assignments on time, which is aording to Party As business requirements and position requirements. 乙方有义务根据甲方业务及岗位需要，按甲方规定的工时制度完成甲方交给的工作任务。 4.2. Party A guarantee that Party Bs working environment will meet the national health and security standards. 甲方保证乙方的工作环境符合 _卫生标准。 Article 5 Working Discipline 第五条 劳动纪律 5.1. During the period of internship, Party B shall observe the policies and procedures regulated by Party A. The pany observes the right to update oasionally with new and revised policies and other information. 在工作期间，乙方应遵守甲方制定的规定和政策。公司保留随时更新制度和政策的权利。 5.2. If Party B breaks the disciplines or regulation of Party A, Party A is entitled to go through disciplinary procedures with Party B aording to the seriousness of Party Bs violation, or terminate this agreement. 乙方违反甲方制定的劳动纪律或规章制度时，甲方将根据情节轻重给予乙方相应的处分，直至解除本协议。 5.3.
