MaesonoULVAC/SINKU-RIKO, INC., ANDOVER MA, USASeveral factors in temperature measurement that can affect the precision of melting points and phase-change phenomena are discussed. In many cases, critical errors may arise in the measurement and control of temperatures due to incorrect placement and/or interpretation of the output of temperature sensors in the various system types that are in current use. Advantages can be obtained by using one temperature sensor only for temperature measurement and temperature control in a low mass infrared gold image furnace for the analytical studies in both the constant rate and stepwise isothermal thermoanalytical heating and cooling modes. Illustrations of the use of this instrumentation for measurements in both modes are given.Keywords: critical parameters in thermal analysis, heating and cooling modes, temperature control,temperature measurementsIntroductionDuring the past two decades significant advances and improvements have beenmade in thermoanalytical techniques and their broad use for both characterizing and understanding the basic behaviour of material. Many of these techniques have been or are in the process of being standardized at both national and international levels. However, in the development of precision and bias statements for these methods, suprisingly poor agreement has often been found between results of different organizations involved in interlaboratory studies. Recent discussion of this issue 1 has indicated that the current degree of uncertainty in parameter measurements especially thermogravimetry and dilatometry is not acceptable if thermoanalytical techniques are to be basis for interpretation of material behavior.This discussion drew particular attention to the important roles that temperature measurement and temperature control play in techniques involving absolute change of mass, length or other parameters. Currently, the electroplating industry is highly competitive, lower performance, and poorly managed. This paper introduce the concept of lean production in response to such situation of the company, and research the practical promotion and application of L.P. in the companys manufacturing operations to improve the backward production management, optimize the production systems, and improve companys economic benefits. 用“Times New Romar”体小四号,行距设置为1.25倍company X has such problems as strong randomness of production planning, larger inventory, and low efficiency for a long time. The lean production is a powerful tool to deal with this mode of production, and has a very high value in standardizing and optimizing the production and operation management. Author has completed the work as the core of lean production idea in the following aspects: 1.according to Value Stream Mapping(VSM),analyze the Defect in the production system. Optimize the layout of production and the process,reduce the product-in-process inventory,Improve efficiency of the production system.2.Against the problems of disorderly production, strong randomness of the number of raw material procurement, the paper will propose yield prediction model for Company X and the corresponding production plan by using linear regression algorithm according to the historical production data;3.Propose the program of 6S as the core of lean production aimed at the problem of backward production management; use Blame Storming to solve the major issues and put forward implementation steps and case studies.Most of the above measures have been adopt and implement by companies, s
