江苏大学京江学院本科毕业论文 京 江 学 院JINGJIANG COLLEGE OF JIANG SU UNIVERSITY本 科 毕 业 论 文 4343铝合金铸轧坯及其热处理工艺研究4343 Aluminum billet casting and heat treatment process学生学号: 3091107016 学生姓名: 沈於鑫 专业班级: J成型0901 指导教师姓名: 潘秋红 指导教师职称: 副教授 2013年 6月4343铝合金铸轧坯及其热处理工艺研究专业班级:J成型0901 学生姓名:沈於鑫指导教师:潘秋红 职称:副教授摘要: 4343系Al-Si系合金,该合金有良好的填充性能和钎焊性能。目前,各国通常选用Al一si系合金或Al一si一Mg系合金做为钎剂和钎焊箔的包覆材料。但该系合金的缺点是含有大量的Si元素,在合金中形成的共晶si呈针状或片状,会严重损害合金强度、塑性等力学性能。其加工坯料以铸锭热轧工艺为主,鲜少采用连续铸轧供坯。本文以4343铝合金铸轧坯为研究对象,通过差热分析、金相显微观察、扫描镜及EDS分析,对其铸轧组织和均匀化退火工艺进行了实验研究。分析4343铝合金铸轧组织的特点,并对其退火方案下的样品进行试验分析,优化4343铸轧板坯的退火工艺,满足冷轧成形工艺的要求。主要进行了如下实验:1、对4343铝合金进行差热分析,确定其退火温度界限。2、对4343铝合金铸轧坯同一板面的不同位置取样,通过光学显微镜对其铸轧态组织的形貌、分布对比,确定铸轧板坯的质量对铸轧板料热处理制度及中间退火工艺的影响。3、对板材进行多块取样,在马弗炉中进行不同制度的均匀化退火,以确定合理的均匀化退火工艺。4、通过扫描电镜对不同均匀化退火制度下的样品的化合物分布、形态、大小进行观察,确定在不同退火制度下的化合物对铸轧板料质量和性能的影响。结果表面: 4343铸轧坯在同一板面不同部位,由于冷却强度的差异导致铸轧态组织出现变化,只有通过中间均匀化退火消除板面组织不均产生的影响。进行不同温度均匀化退火表明,480520/3h的均匀化退火能不同程度地减少铸轧坯组织不均的现象,同时化合物分布较为弥散,化合物形貌以片状的、珊瑚状的(Al)+Si(共晶)相化合物为主.最佳均匀化退火制度为520/3h。关键词:4343铝合金 铸轧坯 退火工艺4343 Aluminum billet casting and heat treatment processAbstract 4343 series Al-Si alloy, the alloy has excellent filling properties and brazing properties. Currently, countries usually use Al-si alloy or Al-Mg-Si alloy as a flux and brazing foil cladding material. However, the disadvantage of alloy containing Si in a large number of elements in the alloy to form eutectic si acicular or flake, will seriously damage the alloy strength, ductility and other mechanical properties. Its processing to ingot billet hot rolling process based, rarely used for continuous casting billet. In this paper, 4343 aluminum billet casting as the research object, by differential thermal analysis, metallographic microscope, scanning microscopy and EDS analysis of its organization and homogenization casting process was investigated experimentally. Analysis of 4343 aluminum alloy casting characteristics of the organization, and its annealed samples tested under the program analysis, optimization 4343 casting slab annealing, cold forming process to meet the requirements.Main experiment were as follows: 1. 4343 aluminum alloy for differential thermal analysis to determine the upper limit of the annealing temperature.2. The different location of sampling of 4343 aluminum alloy casting billet with a surface morphology, optical microscope, by comparing the casting microstructure on its distribution, to determine the effect of continuous casting slab quality of casting and rolling plate material heat treatment system and intermediate annealing process.3. For a plurality of sampling on sheet, homogenizing annealing system were different in the muffle furnace, to determine a reasonable homogenizing annealing process.4. by scanning electron microscopy of different homogenizing annealing system sample compounds, morphology, size distribution were observed, to determine the influence of compound in different annealing system on casting quality and properties of rolled sheet.The results showed that: 4343 casting billet in different parts of the same surface, because of the difference of cooling intensity leads to casting microstructure change, only through the middle of homogenizing annealing to eliminate the influence of uneven surface tissue produced. Different temperature homogenization annealing shows, homogenizing annealing of 480 520 /3h can evidently reduce casting organization rolled billet inequality, while compound distribution is more dispersed, compound morphology to flake, coral alpha (Al) +Si (eutectic) compound.
