论文 回转式空预器运行中常见问题及防范措施 申 请 人:卢光雷 学科(专业):热能与动力工程 指 导 教 师:王晓坡 2014年1月 网络教育学院 毕 业 设 计(论文)任 务 书专业班级热动1203层次专升本姓名卢光雷学号12017989011001一、毕业设计(论文)题目回转式空预器运行中常见问题及防范措施二、毕业设计(论文)工作自2013年12月21 日起至2014年2月 24 日止三、毕业设计(论文)基本要求: 指导教师: 网络教育学院毕业设计(论文)考核评议书指导教师评语:建议成绩: 指导教师签名: 年 月 日答辩小组意见:负责人签名 年 月 日答辩小组成员 毕业设计(论文)答辩委员会意见: 负责人签名: 年 月 日论 文 题 目:回转式空预器运行中常见问题及防范措施学科(专业):热能与动力过程申 请 人:卢光雷指 导 教 师:王晓坡 摘 要 本文通过对回转式空预器平常运行中出现问题的原因及影响因素进行分析,针对这些问题提出了相关技术改造方案,在实践中进行实施,收到了较好的效果,提高了锅炉以及机组的热效率。 本文首先介绍了回转式空气预热器工作原理,针对自己所在热电厂#3炉以及#2炉空预器出现的实际问题、案例进行分析,比如:堵灰、卡涩及漏风等,找出空预器出现这些问题的原因,通过对其他热电厂目前常见的多种改造方案进行比较分析,结合滨州魏桥热电厂#3炉空预器实际运行情况,对设备运行情况进行了跟踪、记录、分析,检查、试验及研究,找到了问题的关键,并针对企业的具体情况提出改造方案。论文详细叙述了空气预热器密封具体改造方案的实施过程;如何防止空预器堵灰等问题的改造,对空气预热器改造的效果进行了分析;对改造后的空气预热器自身及锅炉的影响也进行了分析。空气预热器改造完成后,在机组带满负荷运行一段时间后进行热态调整,使空预器的各部分膨胀量都达到最大时密封间距最小,空预器堵灰情况明显降低,且通过空预器的漏风试验可以看到,改造后的空预器漏风率明显下降,煤耗、一次风机、二次风机和引风机电耗及Q4损失相应降低,锅炉烟风系统裕量增加,炉膛负压、热一次风压波动明显减小,特别是一次风机调节幅度明显好转,密封片等备件使用寿命提高,检修费用和维护工作量降低,锅炉效率和机组运行经济性、安全性提高较为明显,锅炉安全运行有了保障。以上问题解决方案的推出,解决了空预器运行中存在的问题,达到了节能降耗的目的。同时自己对企业今后在设备运行过程中,特别是重要的辅机设备运行中应注意的问题提出了建议。关键词:空预器、堵灰、漏风、密封论文类型:应用研究Title: Common problems and Countermeasures in the operation of rotary air preheaterSpeciality:Thermal Energy and Power EngineeringApplicant:LU Guang leiSupervisor:Prof. Wang XiaopoAbstractIn this paper, by analyzing the reason and influencing factors of the rotary air preheater in normal operation, aiming at these problems, the related technical improvement scheme, implemented in practice, has received the good effect, improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler and turbine.This paper introduces the principle of rotary air preheater, in view of their power plant #3 furnace, #2 furnace and the practical problems of air preheater of case analysis, such as: ash clogging, jam and air leak of air pre heater, find out the causes of these problems, based on the variety of reform scheme of the thermal power plant at present he common comparative analysis, combined with the #3 furnace of Binzhou Weiqiao thermal power plant operation and #2 furnace air pre heater self running condition, the equipment operation situation of the tracking, recording, analysis, test and research, inspection, found the problem, and put forward the reform plan according to the concrete conditions of enterprises.
