安徽大学本科毕业论文（设计、创作） 题目： 美邦服饰股份有限公司财务报表分析 学生姓名： 桂存慧 学号： L00914060 院（系）： 管理学院 专业： 会计学（辅修） 入学时间： 二一一 年 三 月 导师姓名： 周泽将 职称/学位： 讲师/博士 导师所在单位： 安徽大学商学院 完成时间： 二一三年 五 月美邦服饰股份有限公司财务报表分析摘 要财务报表是企业信息披露的主要形式之一，它反映了企业在一定时期的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量情况。上市公司的财务报表分析是企业主管部门、投资者和其他会计信息使用者对公司经营业绩进行分析和评价的一种基本手段。利用企业财务报表所提供的数据资料，有针对性地加以分析和比较，有助于合理评价企业的财务状况和经营成果并及时预测企业未来的发展趋势。本文选择上海美特斯邦威股份有限公司近四年的财务报表作为研究对象，结合我国服装行业近些年的发展历程和特点，综合采用财务报告分析及财务管理等方面的知识与方法，对美特斯邦威股份有限公司近三年尤其是2012年的资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表以及财务比率进行系统分析和横向比较，阐述公司的财务状况和经营业绩，找出美邦服饰各主要财务指标近年来的变化趋势以及变化的原因，指出该公司在经营管理方面存在的一些问题，并在此基础上提出笔者的建议和看法。关键词：财务报表分析；问题；建议 Financial Statement Analysis on Metersbonwe AbstractThe financial statements is one of the main forms of enterprise information disclosure, financial statements analysis of a company can reflect the companys basic financial position, the operating result and the cash flow situation on a particular date or during one period of time. Understanding and using correctly the statements information will assist the company know the past situation, evaluate the current condition and hold the future operating. The paper selects the listed company Metersbonwe Corporation as the researching target, and analyzes the financial statements from 2010 to 2012 with the knowledge of accounting and financial management.
