In case of settlement can not be reached through negotiation, the case shall then be submitted for arbitration to the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Beijing in accordance with the “Provisional rules of Procedure of the Foreign Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade”.
