This report is the summary of supervision work for the period from Aug. 26 of 2007 to Sept. 25 of 2007.本月监理月报起讫时间为2007年8月26日起至2007年9月25日止。2. Project overview: this project is located at Shanghai Zizu Science Park. The project site is bounded by South Lianhua road on the east, Ziyue road on the south and Zixing road on the north. The project scope covers office building No.1, activity center (basement) and landscape work.工程概况：本项目位于中国上海市*区东南上海*区内，东面为*南路、南侧为*路、北侧为*路。本工程为一号办公楼、活动中心（地下室）、景观配套工程。3. Construction summary: the construction scope of this project includes PHC tubular pile penetration, fence, road and temporary facility construction. 100% of the planned construction for this month and the related taking-over works are completed. 本月概况：本工程施工为PHC管桩沉桩、围墙、道路施工、临设施工。本月施工完成，工程实物移交，总包进场作施工前期准备工作，自8月26日开始至9月25日止，计31天。Milestone progress本月工程形象进度1. PHC tubular pile construction was 100% completed.PHC管桩施工全部完成；2. Construction of temporary facility was 100% completed.临设施工全部完成；3. Construction of permanent road and temporary construction service road was 100% completed.永久道路工程、临时施工便道工程施工全部完成；4. Construction of fence work was 100% completed.围墙工程施工全部完成。Project progress工程进度1Comparison between actual progress and scheduled progress本月实际完成情况与计划进度比较1）for PHC tubular pile penetration construction, 191pcs is scheduled to be completed before Aug. 31 and all of that were completed, i.e. 100% of the monthly planned progress and 9.03% of the master plan was completed. PHC管桩沉桩施工至8月31日止，计划191根，实际完成191根，完成月计划100%，完成总计划的9.03%。2）for temporary facility construction, 6% of the close-up work was finished.临设施工，完成6%的扫尾工作。3) road construction: a. permanent road: 3150m2 is planned and the same is completed. (100% of monthly planned quantity and 73% of the total work quantity was completed). b. temporary road: 2184m2 is planned and the same is completed.(100% of monthly planned quantity and 52% of the total work quantity was completed.)道路施工：a、永久道路计划完成3150，实际完成3150，完成月工作量的100%,完成总工程量的73%。B、临时道路计划完成2184，实际完成2184，完成月工作量的100%，完成总工程量的52%。4）fence construction: 3% of the close-up work was completed.围墙施工，完成总工程量3%的扫尾工作。2Analysis of actual progress and the effect of measures taken进度完成情况及采取措施效果的分析Thanks to the expedition from the owner, PMC and supervision company and the tireless efforts of the construction contractor, the construction for pile foundation, fence work, road work and temporary facility are all completed according to the construction duration as specified in the contract. 由于业主、管理公司、监理的督促，施工单位的不懈努力，桩基工程、围墙工程、道路工程、临设工程，按合同工期顺利完成。 Project quality工程质量1Analysis of project quality in this month本月工程质量情况分析1）survey工程测量：a. double check the pile position for 1# office building and basement and the related precision has complied with the design requirements.对1#办公楼、地下室桩位进行定位复核，精度符合设计要求。2）material工程材料： a. PHC tubular pile: 83 sets, inspection has been done and accepted.PHC管桩：83套，检测合格。 25m, 400-80-1312 16 sets; 8m，B400-80-11116 67sets25m,B400-80-1312 16套， 28m，B400-80-11116 67套 b.C20 concrete: 26m3, 1 group cube was made and the test report was under progressC20砼：26 m3，做试块一组（待检测报告） C25 concrete: 48m3, 2 groups of cube was made and the test report was under progressC25砼：48 m3，做试块二组（待检测报告） C30 concrete: 620.5m3, 7 groups of cube was made and the test report was under progressC30砼：620.5 m3，做试块七组（待检测报告） 3）mobilized equipment进场设备： a. 4 sets of static pile drivers (YZY600T、800T、300T and 500T, one for each) have passed the acceptance by Shanghai Construction Machinery Inspection Center. 3 of them have been mobilized during the period from Sept. 3 through Sept. 8.静压桩机YZY600T、800T、300T、500T各一台，市建设机械检测中心安装验收合格，9月3日至9月8日 陆续出场三台。 b. 1 set of crawler crane has passed the acceptance by Shanghai Construction Machinery Inspection Center and has been mobilized on Sept. 3.T履带式吊车一台，市建设机械检测中心安装验收合格，9月3日出场。c. 3 sets of PC200-7 excavators has passed the acceptance by Shanghai construction machinery inspection center and has been mobilized on Sept. 8.挖掘机PC200-7三台，市建设机械检测中心安装验收合格，9月8日出场。d. 1 set of TS140PS bulldozer has passed the acceptance by Shanghai construction machinery inspection center and has been mobilized on Sept.6.推土机TS140PS一台，市建设机械检测中心安装验收合格，9月6日出场。e. 4 sets of SJB-2 soil-cement mixed pile driver are under assembly and waiting for being inspected.水泥土搅拌桩机SJB-2 四台，组装待检。f. 1 set of excavator is waiting for bei
