摘 要改革开放以来,随着国民经济的高速发展,市场对模具的需求量不断增长。近年来,模具工业一直以15%左右的增长速度快速发展,模具工业企业的所有制成分也发生了巨大变化,除了国有专业模具厂外,集体、合资、独资和私营也得到了快速发展。快速经济制模技术为了适应工业生产中多品种、小批量生产的需要,加快模具的制造速度,降低模具生产成本,开发和应用快速经济制模技术越来越受到人们的重视。冲压模具在冷冲压加工中,将材料(金属或非金属)加工成零件(或半成品)的一种特殊工艺装备,称为冷冲压模具(俗称冷冲模)。冲压-是在室温下,利用安装在压力机上的模具对材料施加压力,使其产生分离或塑性变形,从而获得所需零件的一种压力加工方法。冲压模具是冲压生产必不可少的工艺装备,是技术密集型产品。冲压件的质量、生产效率以及生产成本等,与模具设计和制造有直接关系。模具设计与制造技术水平的高低,是衡量一个国家产品制造水平高低的重要标志之一,在很大程度上决定着产品的质量、效益和新产品的开发能力。本课题研究的是电子类产品中属于典型冲压零件的落料和弯曲模结构。都根据参考书上的步骤和思路,来计算出落料模各个零部件的尺寸结构,以及标准件和模架,压力机的选取,这个过程就是整个落料模的设计过程。当然电子零件弹性夹的成形仅仅靠落料是不够的,所以还有弯曲模的设计,弯曲模的设计思路和冲裁模是一样的,有了前面设计冲裁模的基础,弯曲模的设计进度就比较快了。设计图初稿是自己动手画,但部分零件采用CAD绘图,也加强了我们运用设计软件的能力。关键词:模具设计 冲压工艺 UGNX CAD AbstractSince the reform and opening up, along with the high-speed development of national economy,market demand growth of mould. Stamping - is at room temperature, pressure machine using installed in the mold of material, make its produce pressure separation or plastic deformation, and obtain a pressure parts processing methods.Stamping mould pressing craft is essential to production equipment, is skill-intensive goods. The stamping production efficiency and the quality and cost of production, and die design and manufacture. Mold design and manufacturing technology level, is a national product manufacturing level, one of the important symbols in largely determines the quality of products, and new product development capabilities.This research is electronic products are typically stamping parts of the blanking and bending mode structure. According to the steps in the reference and ChuLa, to calculate the size of each component feeding module structure, and the standard of the press and formwork, selection, this process is the blanking mode design process.Also the design of elastic modulus structure, bending clamp mold design process and bending stamping die.
