Conclusions and suggestion.13Acknowledgements.14References.15论文题目：急性脑梗死药物治疗患者桡动脉采血按压时间比较学科专业：护理本科申请人：田微指导教师：吕爱莉摘要目的：探讨脑梗死药物治疗患者桡动脉采血止血最佳的按压时间。方法：选取我院神经内科住院患者210例，经头颅CT或MRI确诊为脑梗塞，按入院时间先后分成ABC三组，每组70例，入院后常规口服阿司匹林和（或）氯吡格雷，第二天穿刺采血，A、B、C三组患者分别用无菌棉签压迫5min、10min、15min，按压部位从皮肤针眼往血管壁针眼方向延长约3cm，用食指、中指、无名指同时固定棉签按压，勿松手或揉搓，比较三组不同按压时间局部出血并发症有无差异。结果：A组按压后穿刺点局部出血18例（25.7）、B组4例（5.7）、C组3例（4.3）。三组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。两两比较，A组与B组、C组比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P0.01）；B组与C组比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：表明对于脑梗塞患者，服用阿司匹林、氯吡格雷等抗血小板药物治疗的同时采取桡动脉采血后，按压10min是有效止血的最佳时间。关 键 词 ：急性脑梗死; 桡动脉采血; 按压时间论文类型： 应用研究Title: The comparison of press time between acute cerebral infarction patients with drug treatment after radial arterial blood samplingSpeciality:Appllicant: Jing HanSupervisor: Prof.Hua FangABSTRACTObjective: To investigate the best press time to hemostasis of cerebral infarction patients with medication after radial artery blood.Methods:All the 210 casas were from the hospitalized patients of Neurology in our hospital,diagnosed cerebral infarction by CT or MRL,all of them were average divided into three groups of ABC by admission time,each group of 70 cases.All of them conventional oral aspirin and (or) clopidogrel after admission.The next day arterial punctured for blood collection,them three groups of patients respectively oppressed 5min, 10min, 15min with sterile contton swab.The pressing parts from the eye of a needle to about 3cm extended by the eye of a needle direction of the vessel wall .Press the cotton swab with the whole index finger,middle finger, ring finger do not let go or rub. Results：There were 18 cases of local bleeding after pressing in A group (25.7)，4cases in B group (5.7)，3cases in Cgroup (4.3).Compare the therr groups there are significant differences (P0.01). There are significant differences between the two groups of A and B(P0.01)，also between the two groups of A and C (P0.01) .there are no significant differences between the two groups of B and C(P0.05).Conclusion: For patients with cerebral infarction, press 10min is the best time to effective hemostasis after radial arterial blood sampling,while taking aspirin, clopidogrel and other antiplatelet medication.KEYWORDS: Acute cerebral infarction;Radial arterial blood sampling;Press time.TYPE OF THESIS: Applied Research
