A recent survey found that 75% officeworkers in Beijing , 72% Officeworkers in shanghai , 70% officeworkers in Guangzhou are in Sub-health . The survey sound the alarm for us that we should lead a healthy live . In view of the problem , it is high time that we should take effect action to prevent Sub-health . In my opinion , the best way to keep healthy is to do exercise . Moreover , it is also important for us to form a good livig habit . Only in this way can we live a happy life .
