Network management has become an essential economic activities, one of the elements, network management in line with the economic globalization, of a management information requirements of the times. Network management is a modern family business model, the ideal pattern and trends. Therefore, there were a lot of family business networks of industrial clusters in the south, especially in Zhejiang, the Pearl River Delta of this family enterprise network is more obvious.These families enterprises continue to grow under the characteristics of network, so that more of the family business, started the business network.In this paper,analysis and research why do local family-run enterprises develop and continue to grow very quickly such as the Zhujiang, Wenzhou, etc. , through analysis of the Chinese family business characteristics of the development of network-based,come to elements which form the family-run enterprises network, analysis the motivation of the South family enterprises.
