Voltage measurement kit for personal computer Oct-20-2001 a kit can measure four individual voltage inputs and the associated program can record the data into the file report.txt in Windows. the kit has two digital outputs for the pass-or-fail out, one is the AND function for the measurement 1 and 2 ,the other is the AND function for the measurement 3 and 4. In addition, the kit has two digital inputs for the data recording management, one is to save the file continuously while the input is low, the other is to save the file only when the input is transiting from high to low. the sub-VI (option 00B) is available for LabView programmer, also the advanced software dll file (option 00C) is provided, then user can use those files to control the kit with other program platforms which are preferred.本裝置能量測4組個別電壓輸入,且透過其程式將量測資料記錄於檔案report.txt於Windows系統下. 此裝置有兩組判別pass-or-fail的數位輸出,其中一組是針對量測電壓1及2的AND結果值, 另外一組是針對量測電壓3及4的AND結果值. 這裝置還有兩組數位輸入,一組當輸入是low時量測資料會連續記錄入檔案,另一組則只當輸入從high變 low才記錄該量測資料. Option 00B 提供sub-VI 程式給LabView 程式開發者, option 00C 提供.dll程式給任何其他程式平臺開發者來控制此裝置.Install procedure:1. copy the files vmk.exe and lkut.txt into c:vmk 2. connect RS232 cable to the kit.3. run the program vmk.exeif you have any questions about the program and kit, please contact us (lily.cnmsa.hinet.net). 安裝程序:1. 拷貝vmk.exe 和 lkut.txt 到路徑 c:vmk2. 連接RS232線到電腦.3. 執行vmk.exe程式. 假如有任何問題請寫 E-mail至lily.cnmsa.hinet.netFig1. First you can switch on or off of each measurement by pushing the enable buttons. There are four individual measurements ( F1 to F4 ) for four inputs. In each measurement you can set the high and low limits for the output. if the measurement passes then the indicator at the left side of the enable button turn green, otherwise red.Fig2. 首先你能按enable鈕打開或關閉各項量測.共4項量測針對4個輸入,每項 量測都可設定high 及low判斷界線,假如通過則enable左邊燈號亮綠色, 否則為紅色.Fig3. But in measurement 1,2 they are calibrated from the look up table in the file lkut.txt, the advantage of that is able to transfer the real inputs into any nonlinear data as you like, because the look up table of the lkut.txt file can be defined by user. Fig5. 量測3及4有額外的校正參數可設定,此可助調整顯示的輸出與輸入實質 的吻合.但量測1及2是以查表法來校正, 查表檔案為lkut.txt, 內容可由使 用者自行設定,其優點是可轉換輸入值成任何非線性關係之輸出值.Fig6. A/D and digital I/O interface : there are 4 A/D converters which input voltage range is from 0 to Vs if external power is applied, or from 0 to the voltage of the RS232 (from PC) if external power is not applied. 2 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs are TTL with the logic voltage from 0 to Vs or RS232s voltage.
