济南大学毕业设计摘 要起重机是减轻笨重体力劳动、提高作业效率、实现安全生产的起重运输设备。在国民经济各部门的物质生产流通中,起重机作为关键的工艺设备或重要的辅助设备机械,应用十分广泛。因其与实际生产生活结合比较紧密,是机械、仪表、电气、人机工程等多学科的融合,特别适合作为毕业设计课题,用来检验毕业生的知识结构和强化专业基础。本次设计过程严格按照起重机械的设计规范,讲究设计方法和设计顺序,整合大学期间所学过的相关知识,同时积极学习利用新的知识来解决所面对的问题,极大地的提高了设计效率。本次设计成功地完成了毕业设计任务书上所要求的全部内容,同时,根据实际情况对部分要求做了拓展,比如,在资料收集任务中,参阅量远远超过任务要求;再如,运用三维软件Pro/E模拟整机装配,检验了设计成果的合理性。成果的产生正是一个个过程积累的结果,正是一个得鱼更得渔的过程,经过本次设计,切实提高了设计者分析问题、解决问题的能力,深化了对专业知识的理解。结论,此次设计充分考虑了设备模块化设计的优势,将大车车轮组和小车车轮组定为一个模块,将大车架端梁和小车架端梁定为一个模块,简化了设计过程,节约了设计时间。同时,较为详细地介绍了起重机械设计过程中的常用和通用方法,对类似产品的设计起到了一定的指导作用。关键词:多学科、规范、模拟装配、模块化ABSTRACTCranes are one of hoisting and transport equipments which are used to reduce heavy manual labor, to improve operation efficiency and realize safety in production.Cranes as key processing equipment and important auxiliary equipment are being widely used in real production.Because of its closely incorporation with life and production practice,and it has closely units with machinery, instrument, electrical, man-machine engineering .esc,so it is especially suitable as a graduation design task to examine graduates knowledge structure and to strengthen professional basis knowledge. This design process is in strict accordance with the hoisting machinery design specifications,stress design process and design orders integrate learned relevant knowledge in the university.At the same time ,active learning and applying new knowledge to solve new problems,which improve the design efficiency immensely. This design successfully completed the all requested content in the graduation design task book ,in addition,according practise situation,I expend some design task.
