Key points:(1) only修饰副词/状语置于句首时,句子要部分倒装.Eg: Only then did he realize that he was wrong注意若放于句首的由only修饰的词语不是状语就不用倒装。Eg: Only some of the children seemed to have understood it.(2) put sb in/into prison “把关进监狱”,常用被动: Sb be put in/into prison.
