Assignments may include projects requiring research & trend analysis, benchmarking, assisting in the development of communication packages, conducting research on emerging HR issues, or project management, problem analysis and solution implementation related to HR initiatives. Summer internships also provide an opportunity to participate in an IBM Speed Team project, a team based program that allows interns the experience to discover IBM, network and gain exposure to leaders and key subject matter experts, and drive innovation that matters for our business. The intern experience is supplemented with a number of developmental and networking opportunities through the HR Leadership Development Program. We may refer candidates to IBM Malaysia, India, China, Latin America, Europe, Africa or other countries for employment opportunities and consideration.
