How are you? Nice to meet you!2.Show a bag,say: Look! I have a magic bag.Do you know“Whats in it?”Lets see together!“-A book/a ruler/a pencil-case.”We can say :“There is a book/a ruler/a pencil-case.-Two pencils.- There are two pencils.”(读音时特别强调There is 和There are 。)Step 2.Presentation1.Show the learning aims.2.Show some pictures,ask “Whats this?” Get students to say the words:mirror,trashbin,closet, end table,air-conditioner,curtainThen get students to read the words together.3、Show the pictures,say :Look! This is my room.Do you know“ Whats this?” There is a bed/a toy car/an end table and a closet. There are many students/desks.4.Have a competition: Show some pictures,Who can say “There is/There are”5.Listen to me carefully: I have a good friend. He is Mike.He wants me to see his new room. Lets go and see together. Ok? Look, there are two rooms,I dont know “Which is Mikes room?” Well, Lets listen together.Please turn to SB P59, Lets try: Listen and circle.6.This is Mikes room. But Sarah also has a new room,too.Do you know “Whats it like?”Lets go and see together.Lets talk:Sarah: I have my own room now.Chen: Really?
