高三英语话题性作文写作(结合事例型)教学案例湖北省嘉鱼一中英语组 雷秀娟一、学情分析高三本班学生在校有素质班之称,具有一定的写作基础,在基本语法,要点分析,短句写作方面并无困难。但在整合信息和长句写作上需要老师的指导,不善于把握并列句合和复合句使用的契机,因此,老师采取了“层层铺垫,步步为营;循序渐进,引导写作”的教学策略来指导学生实施基础写作。二、教学内容分析有三篇写作内容。第一篇是给出短句的有关Confidence的写作,要求学生将短句变长句,再进行修饰和润色。另一篇是关于Trials of life make a person stronger的写作,要求学生通过小组合作,列出写作思路及要点,再用英语短句表达信息,模仿第一篇写作,将信息进行补充完善。最后一篇写作作为课后作业。三、教学目标要求学生掌握话题性开放作文的写作思路及10句三段的写作技巧,并在基础写作练习中充分利用写作技巧,完成写作。四、重点难点教学重点:1、学会倒装句,强调句,非谓语动词的运用使句式灵活变化;短句变成长句,尤其是复合句和并列句的使用。 2、话题性开放作文(事例型)的写作模式。教学难点:句子之间的自然过渡和衔接词的选用是写作难点。五、教学策略与手段借助展示台及学案,实行“层层铺垫,步步递进,由浅入深、由易到难”的教学策略。六、课前准备1老师将学生提前分成小组,选出小组长,组织好合作学习; 2学生以组为单位课前准备好一些常用写作句型。3老师网上搜索关于近几年湖北高考卷短文写作的范文。4PPT的设计和学案的准备。七、教学过程Teaching Procedures Task 1 Group Competition用PPT投影二十个在作文中常用的英语谚语,用小组竞赛的活动进行展开。每题1分,回答正确得1分,错误不扣分。T: Do you think English proverbs (famous sayings) are very useful in English writing?Ss: Of course.T: Let us join the group competition to see who knows the most English proverbs.1. Only when we believe in ourselves _ _ be able to do something well.(目的:通过设计较为简单的填空,将短句变成长句,变换句式,学生体验了成功,此时老师在PPT上展示由长句及他们变换句式组成的范文,让学生在分析句与句之间的逻辑关系的基础上,学会适当地加上连接词。增强他们的成功感, 学生们有了跃跃一试的学习激情。)Task 3 Finding the similarities通过范例引路的传统方法,提供近年来湖北省高考英语作文范文,让学生分析范文并总结此类作文的写作结构和常用句型表达。(范文在学案上)为让学生目的性更明确,我提出了几个引导性的问题。1. Generally speaking, how many paragraphs are there in each essay?2. At most how many sentences is each essay made up of?3. How will we organize our ideas when faced with such a kind of writing?通过分析和讨论,师生共同总结,得出以下结论:(板书). 此类话题性作文通常由3个自然段组成。开始部分(opening paragraph)说出文中的要点、核心问题。正文部分(Body paragraph)围绕主题结合事例开展叙述。 结尾部分(concluding paragraph)对全文的总结和概括。2. 全文一般不超过10句。3. 开头部分必须点题,用23句子完成,其中要有一个漂亮的过渡。4. 主体部分其实是让学生用言简意赅的语言叙述一个结构完整、思想意义饱满的事例。注意所讲的事例一定要能突出话题的中心,可用810个句子完成。5. 结尾部分要用概括性的语言来总结全文主题,得出结论,回归话题。其实,该部分就是在叙事的基础上加以评论,是记叙文写作中的“小抒情”。最后一段,得出结论。可以有三种方式: 重复中心思想,回到文章开头提出的中心思想或主题上,达到再次肯定和强调的效果。 引用。用格言或名人名言总结全文,既言简意赅,又有较强的说服力。 得出结论。文章最后用几句话概括全文内容,并进一步肯定文章的中心思想或作者观点。(目的:比较由老师直接给学生讲述写作模式,由学生通过观察对比范文得出结论会印象更深刻。)Task 4 Brainstorming some senten
