冀教版 三年级下册 Lesson 9 How Many?一、教学分析1. 学生分析 对于刚接触英语一个学期的三年级学生来讲,目前的英语学习还处在起步阶段,因此,针对学生活泼好动的年龄特征,在学习过程中多以游戏、说唱的形式来调动学生的学习兴趣,保持学生对英语乐学的态度,为以后的英语学习做好铺垫。 2. 教材内容分析 在学习了第一单元,农场上的动物的基础上,本单元继续围绕“动物”话题展开,来到动物园,让学生接触动物园里的动物,并学习与之相关的外形特征、数量、居住地、饮食等知识。本课教学内容围绕动物数量展开,将教学过程设置在参观动物园的场景下展开,从而自然引到对动物数目进行提问的教学上来。3. 教学目标语言知识与技能(1)学生听懂、会说、认读、拼写数字: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten(2)理解运用句型:How many _ are there? -There isare_. (3)说唱歌谣“The zoo is fun.”情感态度(1)小组合作,培养学生与他人交流与合作意识。(2)实行奖励机制,使学生在学习过程中体会到成功的乐趣。(3)培养学生热爱动物的情感。文化及学习策略(1)学生能在课堂活动中积极交流,勇于表达。(2)学生通过观察,自主发现规律,总结归纳。(3)发现问题,主动向他人请教,解决问题,加强与他人的合作意识。二、教学重点和难点1. 重点(1)掌握数字one,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine,ten的听说读写。(2)正确理解并运用句型 How many _ are there? GreetingT: Hello! Hello! Everyone!Ss: Hello! Hello! Teacher.T: How are you? How are you?Ss: Fine. Fine. And you?T: Im fine. Im fine. Nice to meet you.Ss: Nice to meet you, too.设计思路:通过自编问候歌谣,使学生和教师自然和谐地进入英语学习课堂。2. Guessing game “What is it?”T: Look! This is a box. Can you guess whats in the box?Ss:(学生做出不同回答)T: Listen to me. Its an animal. It can fly. What is it?S1: Its a bird.(教师对盒子里的动物依次进行简单的描述,让学生听句子猜单词,猜对单词予以奖励。)Step New concepts (20 minutes)1. IntroductionT: Its an animal. Its thin. Its tail is long. Go to the zoo.Ss: Go to the zoo.(点击课件,进入动物园画面。)设计思路:创设去动物园参观的情境,为展开对动物数量的谈论做出情景铺垫。2. Teaching “How many_ are there?”T: Look! Whats this?Ss: Its a monkey.T: Lets see monkeys. (点击课件猴子头像,链接到猴子画面。)T: There is one monkey. How many monkeys are there?(教师出示一只猴子图片与课件画面中的两只猴子作对比,提问并板书: How many monkeys are there?)Ss: One,Two. T: There are two monkeys.(教师板书: There are two monkeys. 拼写 two。领读问句、答句。)设计思路: 通过去动物园参观动物的场景,自然展开对动物数量的提问,在上个学期的学习中,学生已经接触过How many? 和数字的学习,孩子接受起来会比较容易,所以将句型和数字相结合起来进行教授。3. PracticeT: Lets go to see other animals. One, two, three, four.Ss: Go to the zoo. (点击课件,返回动物园画面。)T: Whats this?Ss: Its a bear.T: Lets go to see bears. (点击狗熊头像,链接到三只狗熊的画面。) How many bears are there?Ss: One, two, three. There are three bears.T: Look! There is one bear. Five, five, there are five.设计思路:课件展示,教师示范,通过节奏欢快的拍手说唱形式调动学生积极性,将所学句型和数字在轻松愉快的氛围中得以巩固。2. Pair workAsk and answer in pairs according to the pictures.A: How many _s are there?B: There are _.(课件展示7-10不等数目的动物图片,根据提示完成对话练习。)设计思路: 给学生设置简单的问答练习,为学生提供机会运用所学句型,同时在练习过程中板书数字 seven eight nine ten,并强调拼写,将1-10 数字的教授贯穿于整个课堂的各个环节,多而不乱。Step Class closing (5minutes) 1. Chant “The zoo is Fun.” (播放教学光盘,学生跟唱)2. Homework Continue to write the chant “How many?” to ten.五、教学反思本节课学生在轻松愉快的氛围中掌握了对数目进行提问的句型,取得了良好的教学效果。本节课内容相对简单,在上学期的学习中,学生已经接触了提问多少和数字的学习,所以在本节课中对这两部分的知识掌握起来比较得心应手。在教学过程中,我有尽可能利用学生喜爱的形式来组织教学,在强化知识的同时,有不是学生感到厌倦,极大的提高了课堂效率。但美中不足,仍有个别学生的热情不高,不愿开口与人交流,由于课堂时间有限,将问题转到课下与个别学生进行了解,有针对的进行鼓励与指导。
