All works should be performed according to %100 TIED OFF RULE . Never hold in 2 lanyards while working in open areas (over 130 cm.) . All the time should be tied off .Make sure that safety harness is anchored with a rigid / solid structure . Not tie off to tie off ! ( fulcrum : 2268 kg. )Dont touch shock absorver ( in case of defection ASAP inform HSE Dept. )Always ensure the fall protection equipment is appropriate for the task .Inspect the fall protection equipment before each use (FOR EXAMPLE HARNESS, HANDRAILS, TIE OFF POINTS ETC)If there is no stable point to tie off then life line should be pulled !
