springfestival, may day, national day and other holidays stipulated by chinese laws andregulations.5.6.不超过20天。单次事假原则上不能超过3天，超过3天后每天扣除2天的工资。private affairs leave of the party b shall be approved by party a in advance. the party a will deduct thesalary for party b by day.within the contract term, the private affairs leaves should notexceed 20 days in total. the continuous private affairs leave facilities.4.甲方应向乙方每月按期发放工资。party a shall pay party bs salary regularly by the month.5.甲方将对乙方的工作进行指导和评估。party a wil l provide guidance and evaluation of party b s work.vi.乙方义务party bs obligations1.乙方必须遵守中国的法律、法规和将关规定，不干涉中国内政。party b shall observe the laws, decrees and relevant regulationsenacted by the chinese government and shall not interfere in chinas internal affairs.3.4.5.6.国著作权法规定的全部人身权利和全部财产权利。未有甲方书面许可，乙方将不得出于任何目的使用之。乙方确保其研究、开发及教学成果不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权。vii.合同的终止termination of contract1.在以下情形下，甲方将书面通知解除与乙方的合同：party a will terminate the contract with written notice to theforeign teacher under such circumstances:(1)如果乙方违反了中华人民共和国相关法律法规、合同体系工作要求、中国政府关于外籍人员的相关管理办法及合同的相关事宜，甲方将解除与乙方的合同。乙方将不能得到补偿。the contract will be terminated immediately if party b in violation of the laws and regulations of china,party work system of employer, and the regulation of chinese government about foreign teachers orother contract terms.(2)如果乙方不能满足合同中要求的工作表现，甲方将解除与乙方的合同。甲方将考虑给予乙方15天的工作改变期来改善乙方的工作，如果在15天工作改善期之后乙方之工作仍然没有改善， 甲方将解除与乙方的合同。乙方将不能得到额外的补偿。if party b fails to satisfactory perform his/her duties and responsibilities, the contract will be terminatedimmediately, or, at the sole discretion of party a, party b will be given 15 days to improve his/her jobperformance. if, after 15 days, the foreign teacher has not improved his/her job performance to thesatisfaction of party a, the contract will then be terminated and party b will not receive any additionalpay;(3)乙方在得到执业医师证明的前提下，如不能完成或者继续完成 其合同工作超过30天，甲方将解除与乙方的合同。在这种情况 下，乙方将不能得到额外的补偿。if, in the judgment of a qualified medical doctor, party b is unable to resume his/her duties andresponsibilities after the expiration of 30 days of sick leave. in this instance, no further payments will bemade to party b.2.如果乙方提出解除与甲方的合同，乙方必须于合同解除日前30天向甲方书面提出解除合同。在这种情况下，乙方将能够得到工作时间范畴内的全工资。否则，乙 方将不能够获得工资及奖金和提成。if party b chooses to terminate the contract, he/she must provide ,for example,celebrationday, teaching research activities and some important english activities, part a will give part b sometransport fee for these,but no extra payment.五、授课地点teaching address甲方根据乙方的实际情况，为乙方安排的课程在主城区内，如有其他变化，双方协商解决。according to practical situation of part b,part a will arrange the course for part b in main town.if have somechange,the two parties should discuss to solve.六、课时安排class arrangement一般每周课时为课时亲自面授学生课(一课时的时间长短合作单位的课程表为准)。遇特殊情况，如学校课程调整等情况双方协商解决。usually, classes for a week(the time of each classaccording to school schedule).if have some urgent situation, for example, school schedule adjusted, thetwo parties should discuss to solve.七、薪酬标准salary criterion1、 双方协商达成一致，按课时费的方式计算工资the two parties agree with each other。2、 双方协商达成一致，甲方不负责乙方寒、暑假的工作和生活，即甲方不支付工资给乙方， 乙方可自行安排假期生活。但是甲方若为乙方安排了课程，乙方应首先满足甲方的要求，甲方 按实际课时付费给乙方。the two parties agree with each other ,at summer and wintervacation, part a will not pay part b,part b can do other things by themselves.but if part a arrange class forpart b,part b should satisfy parta firstly ,and part a will pay part b.3、 双方合作期间，甲方为乙方提供住房一套，乙方使用房屋所产生的费用由乙方自行负责， 甲方每月第一周将当月房屋租赁费以现金方式支付给乙方。双方合作结束，甲方不再为乙方提 供住房。八、其他事项other things1、 乙方在合作期间的健康及医疗由乙方自行解决。2、 病假及事假：sick leave and private affair leave(1)如果乙方因患病并经医院证明确不能工作，可以向甲方提出请假，乙方在病假期间无工资。如果乙方连续7天请病假，甲方可以按照国家外专局合同有关规定中止与受聘方的合 同。if part b was sick and have certificate from hospital to can not work, part b can apply leave,but no salaryin 度安排乙方补休或者支付加班工资，加班工资由所在部门于下月单独支付。每个月加班 不得超过36小时。5.5按时按量完成甲方交付的工作是乙方的责任，如乙方未能按时按量完成工作而自行或必 须加班的，甲方不支付相应的加班工资或安排乙方补假。第六条甲方为乙方提供必要的工作条件和工作工具，制定操作规程、工作范围和工作安全卫 生制度。第七条
