准备修理铺层模板,在模板上面标出铺层编号及方向。修理铺层1到4与切口在同样的尺寸,而修理铺层5和6应当延伸到蜂窝芯的边缘。 称量所用铺层碳布的质量称量同等质量的EA956树脂。按说明书混合树脂,注意应在树脂适用期内完成全部操作。 在一个切割平面上放置一片隔离膜,其大小应能覆盖碳纤维织物。 将树脂涂在隔离膜上,然后在树脂上面放上干的碳纤维织物。用另一层隔离膜覆盖浸渍了树脂的碳纤维织物。 (3)下蒙皮修理在方向舵的下蒙皮,将一热电偶放置在切口边缘附近。用高温胶带将热电偶贴好,注意胶带和修理铺层不能接触。准备一块厚度大于3-5mm的支撑板。支撑板的尺寸应略大于损伤区域。在支撑板上覆盖一层隔离膜后,将支撑板贴到方向舵下蒙皮损伤区城外表面,支撑板应完全覆盖损伤切口区域。将修理铺层1的一面隔离膜除去将其铺于损伤区域。注意应保证边缘接触很好、无皱折。将修理铺层1的另一隔离膜也除去。将修理铺层2的一面隔离膜除去,然后铺在铺层1上,将铺层2铺设平整。重复上述操作,将全部修理铺层铺贴完毕。Evaluation 将一层120型玻璃布浸渍EA956树脂后,铺在碳环氧层合板裸露表面,并与金属涂层有大约lcm的搭接。这层玻璃布铺层用以碳环氧层合板和铝层间的腐蚀保护,不可省略。 将EA956按照约600gcm2涂覆修理区域然后再将Astro Strike28铺贴在上面,注意应和现存金属涂层至少搭接2.5cm。 用一层有孔膜覆盖其上,再在有孔膜上加一层玻璃布,用作吸胶层。 安装真空袋,施加全真空压力。保持2-4h。 5.2.0.0.Copyright 2004-2011 Aspose Pty Ltd.第七章第七章修理过程 (1)蜂窝芯预成形 蜂窝预成形在准备好的阳模上进行。首先把预浸胶的蜂窝芯置于模具上,蜂窝边缘四周悬挂数个小沙袋,使蜂窝与模具贴紧,然后置于烘箱内加热至1400C ,保温2h。 (2)清理破损蜂窝及内外蒙皮 将破损蜂窝和蒙皮去除,将蒙皮打磨成阶梯状(图7-5)。用吸尘器吸走残渣碎屑,用丙酮将表面清洗撩净。(3)内蒙皮衬壳糊制和安装 在阳模上采用单层玻璃布糊制一衬壳,待固化后脱模并修剪到所需大小。用室温固化树脂将此衬壳与雷达罩蜂窝表面粘接,固化后便成为具有所需形状的刚性支撑体,同时也是内蒙皮的第一层。Evaluation only.Created with Aspose.Slides for .NET 在内蒙皮蜂窝一侧表面和损伤区蜂窝侧面均匀涂覆JC-1胶粘剂,然后将沿破损边切好的预成型蜂窝芯放置于内蒙皮上利用真空施加0.03-0.04MPa压力,室温固化4h。 (6)外蒙皮修理 在修理好的蜂窝表面糊制外蒙皮第一层玻璃布,待其凝胶后糊制第二层,待第二层凝胶后,糊制第三层玻璃布。为保证强度和刚度,外蒙皮在原来三层的基础上增加到四层。 (7)500C下整体固化2h。 A8B飞机机翼蒙皮采用AS43501-6环氧复合材料层合板制造,蒙皮铺层为(0450450900)。A8B飞机机翼蒙皮的损伤出现在翼梁和翼肋交接点附近。考虑到外场修理受到设备、环境和人员技术水平的限制,材料储存也有困难,采用胶接修理有困难,因此决定采用螺接修理。修理目标为:在设计极限载荷下,总体应变能力应达到4000mmmm以上。Evaluation only.Created with Ltd.第七章第七章试验验证对于损伤直径为101.6mm,厚度为12.7mm的复合材料蒙皮修理设计作了试验验证,结果表明修理后的试样,在损伤截面拉断,与位于钛金补强板一侧的螺钉剪断几乎同时发生,钛合金补强板和蒙皮上的紧固件孔处,没有发现明显的挤压伸长变形。损伤孔边的应变和计算值相一致,试验极限载荷达设计载荷112,对应总体破坏应变为4480mmmm,试样的破坏形式为紧固件剪断,并且蒙皮板沿钉孔截面拉伸断裂。对于厚度为4.76mm的蒙皮修理后还作了疲劳试验,在经过4倍寿命试验后,进行剩余强度试验,试样发生拉伸挤压混合破坏破坏时总体应变达5200mmmm,满足设计要求。Evaluation A320飞机的机腹整流壁板为玻璃布蒙皮加Nomex蜂窝的夹层结构,其中某一件壁板的结构示意图如图710所示。 由于设计问题,导致机腹整流壁板在飞行期间被机油行染,出现严重的分层现象,因此根据服务通告(SB)的要求,需按结构修理手册(SRM)进行修理并改装。下面以内蒙皮及蜂窝损伤为例,对修理过程做一简单介绍。 Evaluation only.Created with Aspose.Slides Ltd.第七章第七章(1)将壁板直立,用40-600C的热水清洗壁板,清洗时应防止热水及油污进入壁板内表面。洗后用不起毛的布擦干;,然后仍直立状态放在通风干燥处晾干。(2)通过目视及敲击检查,确定损伤区的范围,并在部件上标记清楚。具体损伤情况如图711所示。(3)首先按标记线从油污严重的地方开始切除损伤或污染的内蒙皮,然后再除去受污染的蜂窝。在切除时尽量不损坏未损伤或污染的蒙皮和蜂窝,并保证所有的拐角半径不小于25mm。Evaluation
