(CASH)香港複印授權協會有限公司The Hong Kong Copyright Licensing Association Limited (HKCLA)香港版權影印授權協會有限公司Hong Kong Reprographic Rights Licensing Society (HKRRLS)28網上教學Web-teaching合理範圍,基本因素:Reasonable extent, primary consideration : 把第三者作品上載至學校內聯網Upload third party copyright works to school intranet下載網上作品至硬磁碟Download works on internet to hard disk列印網上作品Print out works on internet29超文本連結Hypertext Link表層連結 - 一般可接受Surface link - generally acceptable 其他 - 須先獲批准Others - prior consent required30影印書藉、刊物Copying of books and publications不可影印書刊派給學生No photocopying of publications for distribution to students若獲授權,須遵守協議條款If licence obtained, comply with its terms版權印影授權協會未能包括報章HKRRLSs licence does not cover newspapers-合理範圍,基本因素 Reasonable extent, primary consideration31軟件使用Use of software電腦軟件 - 文學作品Computer programme - literary work特許協議列出使用範圍Conditions of use set out in licence購買足夠電腦軟件Acquire adequate copies of software32適當軟件資產管理措施 (一)Proper software asset management (1)保留軟件特許權證書Keep software licences更新軟件存貨清單Keep software inventory up-to-date33適當軟件資產管理措施 (二)Proper software asset management (2)採用適當的安裝、分發軟件程序Adopt proper procedures for installing/distributing software定期對軟件資產進行審計Conduct periodic software asset audit制定及公布使用軟件的內部指示Adopt/promulgate internal guidelines for use of software34進一步資料Further information知識產權署網頁: Website of Intellectual Property Department :www.info.gov.hk/ipd35謝 謝 Thank you
