Definition: In simple sense, Human resource management (HRM) means employing people, developing their resources, utilizing, maintaining and compensating their services in tune with the job and organizational requirement. 2021/8/21The importance of human resource managementHumans = greatest assets (in an organization) ;without them, everyday business functions could not be completed managing cash flow, making business transactions, communicating through all forms of media, dealing with customers. 2021/8/22Todays organizations are continuously changing.
